LG G7 Thinq에서 블루투스 장치인식 불가(QCY-BOX1) 해결방법

                                                             

 

                                                        블루투스 스피커를 샀다. 

 

 

 

언박싱을 하고나서 전원이 없어서 충전부터 해야 했다. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

충전을 하고 나서 스마트폰(G7-Thinq)에서 QCT-BOX1를 블루투스에서 인식을 못하였다. 그러나 아래 사진과 같이 

갤럭시탭A6에서는 정상적으로 인식이 되었다. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

그래서 혹시나 그럴 일은 없겠지만 내 스마트폰의 블루투스 버전이 낮아서 그런 건 아닐까라고 생각을 했다. 그러나 QCY보다 내 스마트폰이 상위 버전이었다.  

 

 

 

 

 

스마트폰을 재부팅해도 안되길래 

 

 

 

 

 

 

웹서핑을 했다. 그리고 아래 페이지를 찾았다.

Clear the Bluetooth cache

The first thing that you should do in this case is to clear the Bluetooth cache of the phone. This will usually fix most of the Bluetooth problems that you occurs on the phone.

• Open Settings
• Go to Application Manager
• Ensure all System Apps are shown by either swiping left or right or tapping More menu in the top right and choosing ‘Show system apps’
• Scroll down and select Bluetooth app. Then, tap Force Stop and then tap on Storage and then Clear Application Data
• Go back and do the same thing for the system apps called ‘Bluetooth Test’ and ‘Bluetooth MIDI Services’ (if shown) (Force Stop and then tap on Storage and then Clear Application Data)
• Toggle Bluetooth off and then back on
• Once completed, restart your phone

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

적용전에  QCY-BOX1를 먼저 인식하는 디바이스의 블루투스를 끄거나 아예 전원을 꺼주자.(갤럭시탭A6 OFF)

그리고 위의 가이드대로 진행하면 아래와 같다.

임시파일 삭제->데이터 지우기 

 

 

 

블루투스와 관련된 앱을 모두 위와 같은 방법으로 똑같이 조치하면 된다. 

그리고 적용을 위해 스마트폰 재부팅을 하자

스피커간 페어링 문제 

 

 

 

그리고 스피커간에 페어링이 한 번에 안되었는데, 유투브에서처럼 아래의 순서대로 해도 되지 않았다. 

 

1. 스피커 부팅 

2. 스마트폰에서 블루트스로 연결 

3. 나머지 스피커 부팅하여 자동연결 

 

그래서 

 

1. 두 스피커가 모두 켜진 상태에서 다기능 버튼을 2초 정도 짧게 동시에 눌렀더니 페어링이 되었다. 그러나 동시에 스마트폰과의 블루투스 연결이 해제되었다. 

 

2. 그래서 인과관계가 명확하진 않지만 스마트폰에서 다른 스피커를 블루투스로 검색하여 등록한 후 

 

3. 다시 스피커 두개를 켜서 페어링을 한 후에 스마트폰으로 스피커를 검색하여 연결하였더니 정상적으로 블루투스 연결과 페어링 모두 동작하였다.
